Program Overview

  • This program is designed to give you the benefits of a custom functional fitness program at one tenth the price. 
  • It is 8 weeks in length, 4 days per week. 
  • Its number one goal is to increase your muscle mass. 
  • Specifically designed to maintain your metabolic conditioning and WOD performance. 
  • You will have access to my proprietary nutrition calculator and coaching notes for each and every movement. 
  • You’ll know exactly what percentages to use, and what scores to shoot for on the WODs.

12 Week Advanced Functional Bodybuilding Hybrid Program

Program Overview

  • This is a pure bodybuilding program designed to build muscle mass and strength. The program includes an optional WOD that can be done each session.
  • 5 Days per week focusing on compound lifts
  • Details like percentage of max, rest periods, and specific warm ups are included in the coaching notes
  • Can be done in a well appointed home gym or commercial gym
  • Each session can be done in one or two workouts per day
  • Ideal for intermediate and advanced athletes with at least a year of hard training in the gym
  • This is a very challenging high volume program that is designed to push intermediate and advanced athletes into muscle growth. It is not appropriate for beginners.

12 Week Muscular Growth Program for Functional Fitness

Program Overview

  • This program is designed to give you the benefits of a custom functional fitness program at one tenth the price.
  • It is 12 weeks in length, 5 days per week.
  • It’s designed to increase muscle mass, strength, and conditioning equally.
  • Purchase of this programs gives you access to my proprietary nutrition calculator and coaching notes for each and every movement.
  • You’ll know exactly what percentages to use, and what scores to shoot for on the WODs.
  • Scaling options are included for each day. 

9 Week Functional Fitness Strength Program

Program Overview

  • This program is 9 weeks in length, and is focused on building strength, while maintaining your conditioning.
  • Each session has a specific warm up, primary strength movement, accessory work, and a WOD.
  • I’ve also included scaling options, specific percentages for the lifts, and goals to shoot for on the WODs
  • This is my most thoroughly tested program, as I’ve had my home gym test many of these lifts, and I personally tested every session. 
  • While I can’t guarantee your results, I expect that you can gain between 5-10% on your main lifts, and increase your WOD capacity as well.  Results will vary, but hard working athletes can show great gains on this program. 

7 Week Competition Prep Program for Functional Fitness

Program Overview

  • This program is one of my most popular programs, based off of my 14+ years of functional fitness experience. 
  • This program is solely focused on building overall work capacity and functional strength.
  • Each session has a general and specific warm up, lifting, a WOD, and some additional metabolic conditioning
  • It’s designed for athletes getting ready for a functional fitness competition or the Open, and is very challenging.
  • Scaling options are included and all sessions have been thoroughly tested
  • I’ve also included detailed coaching notes on rest times, percentages, and strategy for WODs 
  • While I can’t guarantee results, by the end of this program, hard working athletes should be in peak condition for any functional fitness task. 

8 Week Functional Bodybuilding Hybrid Program (Part 2)

Program Overview

  • This program is designed to give you the benefits of a custom functional fitness program at one tenth the price.
  • This program follows part 1 on of the Hybrid Bodybuilding Program
  • It is 8 weeks in length, 5 days per week.
  • It’s number one goal is to increase your muscle mass.
  • It is also designed to maintain your metabolic conditioning and WOD performance.
  • You will have access to my proprietary nutrition calculator and coaching notes for each and every movement.
  • You’ll know exactly what percentages to use, and what scores to shoot for on the WODs.

The 9 Week Advanced Strength Training Program

  • This program is designed for intermediate and advanced functional fitness athletes who want to build as much strength as possible in 9 weeks.
  • This program is 5 days per week with multiple compound lifts per session, and a WOD
  • This program relies on variable resistance training with bands/chains which research confirms is one of the best ways to gain strength rapidly
  • There is a WOD for each session with scaling options
  • While I can’t guarantee results, research has shown that variable resistance training can increase strength up to 28% in as little as 8 weeks
